– Bedroom 2 – Queen bed, calming coastal décor, backyard views, and generous closet space.
– Bedroom 3 – Queen bed, nature-inspired greens and floral accents, backyard views, and a spacious closet. Shares bathroom with Bedroom – Bedroom 4 – Queen bed, rich brown tones, backyard views, large closet, and private ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.

Important Things to Note:
– Upon booking, we require a copy of the booking guest’s driver’s license and a signed rental agreement.
– Minimum booking age: 25 years old.
– Dogs are permitted with a non-refundable pet fee. No cats. Pwt owners are responsible for picking up after their pets.
– The pool is not heated during the summer months. (May – November). The hot tub may be used at a $25/ day fee during these months.
**Please Note**: During the cooler months, the pool and spa can be heated upon request at no additional cost (included in your stay). We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to ensure the water reaches the desired temperature. Please send your request through the booking platform.

All I can say is absolutely amazing. If someone is looking to vacation in Jupiter especially with a larger family this is the place you have to book. The pictures do not do this property justice. The house has so much room and is absolutely gorgeous with a quiet peaceful neighborhood. Pool and hot tub was very clean, beds were so comfortable. Katie is an absolute wonderful host and responded very quick with any questions I had. Again this is the place to stay if you are looking for a clean amazing house. I am thankful we found this gem and I want to personally thank Katie for sharing her wonderful property with me and my family

The property has everything you need! From kitchen supplies to towels. My family and I stayed over the 4th of July weekend and thoroughly enjoyed the house including the fabulous pool. Also a bonus that the house is pet friendly so we could bring our pup.
