The Sunny Palms

A 3 bedroom/2 bath, newly decorated home in Riviera Beach. New pool heater recently added, daily pool heat charge of $40/ day will be assessed for those who would like to use the heater. 

Master bedroom features a comfortable Queen bed and huge walk in closet and newly remodeled en suite bathroom with a new jetted tub. Second bedroom has an equally comfortable queen bed. Both bedrooms include TVs, the one in the second bedroom is a Smart TV.  Third bedroom features two cute twin beds perfect for the kids.

There is a fold out futon in the living room that can sleep 2 additional people.

Beautiful, homey living room and new rustic dining room area, with two sliding glass doors leading out to a wonderful screened in pool and patio. Living room has a very comfortable velvet sofa and arm chair lovely to sit and read. House has a pack ‘n’ play and a high chair as for those travelling with an infant/ toddler. Intimate outdoor area with a sparkling blue pool and covered patio has a gas BBQ grill, and romantic hanging night-lighting. Comfortable outdoor lounging area can be enjoyed over drinks overlooking the pool and golf course. Full-size washer/dryer. Kitchen fully equipped with microwave, toaster, blender, range, oven, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker (coffee included), basic spices and all the pots, pans and dishware you’ll need. Free Wifi available and the home has two Fire Sticks that guests may log into their personal Hulu and Netflix accounts. Beach towels provided if you feel like taking the short trip to the beach. Pool Floats and lounge chairs for those fun Summer pool days. Guests may use the Golf course for a round of golf for free ONLY AFTER HOURS once flags are removed from holes around 6pm. Guests may access the course from the backyard gate.

Guest access
The entire house and back yard are for your use! Security code to the front door will be provided before you get to the house to use for your stay.
Please be respectful of the neighbors. Minimum age of 25 yo to book. No loud music between the hours of 9pm & 9am. No Pets allowed, no parties!

Check in is at 4pm – 10pm ONLY.

Other things to note
Disclaimer: some things about the house (as any) may not be ideal for every guest.
1. There are cameras located around the outside of the home however they are inactive. The Doorbell HAS an ACTIVE Camera, the Owner would be notified if someone rang the doorbell. 

2. The pool is cleaned weekly, but is not heated. Swim at your own risk and be sure to monitor any children while in the pool or backyard.

3. It’s Florida, which means that from time to time you might be bothered by insects….bring mosquito repellent.

4. The garage and driveway may be used for parking, 4 cars maximum.

5. Being on a golf course if outside the screened areas beware of flying golf balls, they do tend to find their way in from time to time.

6. Grill: If you plan to use the grill, you are responsible for filling the gas tank and cleaning it with grill brush following .

7. Pool: Do not remove the pool vacuum, contact the Property Manager if you want it removed so not to break the hardware.
