The Seana Villa

You will love this family home the minute you step through the doors. You will be embraced with the fun classic Palm Beach décor, crisp newly painted white and an elegant “at feel. The home is warm and inviting with lovely areas inside and out to relax, unwind and enjoy.

THE BEDROOMS

Bedroom 1: This bedroom has a queen sized bed with a dresser, updated furnishings and California closets. There is a smart Fire TV and lovely colorful tones throughout.

Bedroom 2: There are two twin beds that can be pushed together to make a king sized.

LIVING ROOM

The living room has a queen sleeper sofa and two relaxing recliners. There is a smart streaming, games such as; Chess, Backgammon and playing cards. We have some books and magazines to read.

THE BATHROOM

There is an upgraded bathroom with a combination tub/ shower and vanity. We supply towels for up to 6 guests, shampoo, conditioner and soap.

DINING AREAS

The dining room has a cozy 4 seater round table and chairs just off the kitchen. There are also 3 high bar stools at the kitchen counter for additional dining. The outdoors have a beautiful new dining set for 6 under an umbrella and next to the gas grill. There is also a 2-seater bistro table and chair set.

KITCHEN

The kitchen has everything you need to feed your hungry crew. Pots, pans, utensils, a Nutribullet blender, toaster, fridge and freezer (no ice maker), microwave and a stove and oven. There is a filter coffee maker and we provide the coffee, sugar and creamer. We also supply basic oil and seasoning. There is dinner service for 8 guests.

LANAI & LAUNDRY ROOM

The fully screened-in lanai/ porch has a sweet sitting area to relax and take in the tropical atmosphere with views of the yard. There is a small room off to the side where the washer/ dryer are located and all the beach equipment, such as beach chairs and umbrella. There is also some exercise equipment and we also provide a broom, stick vacuum, paper towels, toilet paper, basic soaps, shampoo, conditioners.

MINI GYM

Out back there is a new turfed area with a mini gym. There are weights, yoga mats and and outdoor power tower with accessories. We also supply a booklet of fitness routines.

THE OUTDOORS

The outdoors is a delight! Beautiful newly upgraded landscaping with lovely trees, stones & flowers. A lovely outdoor shower and 6 seater hot tub. Lay in the sun on the two loungers or enjoy the hammock out back in the backyard under the trees. Feel free to pick from the berry and fig trees around the side of the house.

PARKING:

There is parking for one car in the driveway. In the back of the home beside the yard is there is remote electric driveway-gate access which provides privacy and security. Take note the driveway is very narrow and can only accommodate one car. There is additional street parking.

THINGS TO NOTE

Self-check in is between 4pm – 10pm ONLY. Check in details are provide up to 24 hours prior to check in.

Must be 25 y/o or older to book.

UPON BOOKING, WE REQUIRE A PHOTOCOPY OF THE LEAD GUESTS DRIVERS LICENSE WHICH MATCHES THE CREDIT CARD USED TO BOOK.

ABSOLUTELY NO NOISE AFTER 10PM OUTSIDE, WE DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES OR GATHERINGS OF ANY KIND AT THE HOUSE, AND QUIET HOURS START AT 9PM.

NO EVENTS: This includes any bachelor, bachelorette, birthday, holiday, engagement parties, or any work meetings.

NO SMOKING in the house. Please pick up all cigarette buds and dispose of in outside bins.

CHILD PROOFING:
Please note that guests understands that no special efforts have been made to “childproof” this house, and accept the risk or harm to any children/ infants we allow on the property.

Owner nor management are not held liable for any water related incidences or any other accidents or incidences that may occur on the property. We do have helmets available. Please be careful when using the gym equipment. Renters use these facilities at their own risk. Any damages to the bikes caused by guest will be charged upon departure inspection.

Pets: Up to two small pets are allowed under 20lbs. Guests are required to pick up after their pet/s and place waste in the outdoor garbage bins. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $150/ pet. Pets should not be left alone in the house or outside overnight. Pets are not allowed on the furniture.
