– We have a minimum age requirement of 30 years old to book the property.
– Please be advised that the condo is strictly non-pet-friendly.
– Guests need to provide the full names of those who need to enter the gate after 9 pm to be added to the list. Failure to do so may result in denied entry or being escorted to the unit by security,
– Longer-term rentals are available, and discounts are offered for extended stays.
– Guests are required to sign the Renters' Agreement to gain access to the PGA National. This is an HOA requirement.
– ****Parking Notice****
Please note that the HOA does not permit trucks or pickup trucks to park in the general parking areas. Vehicles in violation are subject to fines imposed by the HOA.

Beautiful drive leading to the property, it felt slow and peaceful. The place is far away from nosy traffic and busy highways which is exactly what we were looking for. Parking in front of the building was ample. Walking inside the modern apartment made me gasp at the view of the PGA golf course, lots of tall windows all around gives you a view from almost every inch of the place. The open concept seamlessly flows from room to room and the organic warm decor choices added a natural warmth. The apartment looks neat, smells fresh and has every item put in its proper place to make the stay perfect. The pictures on the listing do not do justice to how vast and bright it looks and feels. I enjoyed the wrap around terrace, loved the storks that came by every day and all the other wildlife like bunnies and birds. Kitchen and bathrooms were nicely stacked; there was no lack of anything. I heard birds chirping but no human noise which made us happy. I will come back for sure.

My husband and I spent 2 nights at this pristine and welcoming home during a quick visit to the area. The unit was perfect for our needs, located central to everything in Palm Beach Gardens.
The kitchen and bathrooms were fully equipped and user friendly.
Bedrooms were extremely inviting and beds super comfortable after super busy days.
The wrap around porch was a space I often found my husband completely engaged in a book or taking a quick power nap.
We loved staying here and will definitely book again in the near future!!!

Katie and Lance's PGA condo was spectacular! Recently renovated, it exceeded our expectations for a respite during our work-related travels. Meticulously designed and decorated, every need and desired was considered during the design process. Earning a five star from me is extremely difficult as review is based on an extreme clean, a superior safe environment (inside and out), dreamy design and fluid functionality for both work and relaxation. Katie and Lance's home far-exceeded our expectations. We look forward to returning soon.
