Main House

The beautifully renovated main residence features open-concept living with stylish coastal interiors, comfortable furnishings, and abundant natural light.

French doors open directly onto the backyard, creating seamless indoor-outdoor living.

Things to Note:

• Guests must be 25 years old to book. No parties, events, or gatherings permitted.
• The lead guest is required to sign a renters agreement and provide a copy of a state-issued ID.
• Maximum occupancy is 10 guests. Registered guests only.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• No smoking inside the home.
• Pool heating is included during the cooler months (November- April).
• Pets: A Maximum of 2 pets are welcome upon request. There is a non-refundable pet fee per pet.
• $100 extra per person over 8 per night.
• There is a pool safety fence available upon request, and an $80 fee is paid. 24 Hrs notice is required.
