Living Room:
The living room is beautifully decorated in a modern Palm Beach flair. Blacks, greens and rustic browns throughout. Views of the outside oasis with its perfectly manicured landscaping, outdoor seating and new sparkling pool. The open plan living room is intimate which provides unfettered comforts, room, and privacy for a group or family with a large HD smart T.V equipped with premium Cable. In the console under the TV you will find some fun games to enjoy with the whole family.
The Kitchen & Dining Areas
A fully-equipped open plan kitchen offers everything needed for an after-beach gathering or cook-out at sunset. The kitchen also comes stocked with all the essentials needed for cooking, and the gorgeous dining area for 4 with 2 additional bar stools at the kitchen counter as well as outdoor dining for 6. Large stainless steel double fridge, stainless steel electric oven and dishwasher. Have a seat at the kitchen Island and enjoy watching the cook at work. The kitchen is equipped with a blender, toaster oven, Keurig and drip coffee maker and all cooking dishes and utensils you need.
The Bedrooms:
There are 4 extremely comfortable bedrooms.
The spacious Master Bedroom with en-suite bathroom has a luxurious King bed with side lamps, corner Chaise lounging chair, very large walk-in closet, personal desk with printer and eye-catching wallpaper.
The 2nd Bedroom has two double beds with direct views of the outdoor yard. There is plenty of closet space and a bathroom right across from the bedroom. There are beach chairs stored in those closets.
The 3rd Bedroom also has two very comfortable double beds in a brightly colored tropical wallpapered room with desk and loads of closet space.
The 4th Bedroom (The Palm Room) has an exquisite Queen bed with amazing artwork and palm leaves.
The Bathrooms:
The Master en-suite bathroom has a double vanity and a unique combination tub/shower.
The 2nd bathroom is situated right opposite to bedroom 2 with a combination tub/shower and upgraded stylish vanity.
The 3rd bathroom sits between bedrooms 3 & 4 with a large step in shower.
The Laundry:
The laundry room sits off the outdoor deck and houses the washer & dryer. It is also a half bathroom. There is an iron and board, mop & broom. We supply all cleaning products and detergents.
The Outdoor Paradise:
The outdoors is a tropical oasis with a beautifully manicured large yard, new pool and palms which are lit up at night (on a timer) make outdoor lounging, entertaining and dining at night a treat. String lights hang along the amazing copper trim of the exterior of the house. There is a gas-powered BBQ, gorgeous dining table for 6 and luxurious seating under the wide umbrella. There is a newly installed large pool for endless hours of family fun.

Pets are welcome with pre-approval and pet fee.
UPON BOOKING, WE REQUIRE A PHOTO COPY OF THE LEAD GUESTS DRIVERS LICENSE WHICH MATCHES THE CREDIT CARD USED TO BOOK.
ABSOLUTELY NO NOISE AFTER 10PM OUTSIDE, WE DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES OR GATHERINGS OF ANY KIND AT THE HOUSE, AND QUIET HOURS START AT 9PM.
