The cozy living room has a comfortable sofa to allow for a relaxing stay for our guests. Washer and dryer are both available. Kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, oven, dishwasher, toaster, drip filter coffee maker (coffee included) and all the pots, pans and utensils you’ll need. Free WIFi and Smart TV’s in both rooms and basic cable. 

Parking for 1 car in front of unit. Directly in front of the unit.

-ABSOLUTELY NO NOISE AFTER 9 PM OUTSIDE, WE DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES OR GATHERINGS OF ANY KIND AT THE HOUSE, AND QUIET HOURS START AT 9 PM. PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL.
