The new chef's kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, featuring an island countertop and four stylish European bar stools. Stainless steel appliances, including a double-door fridge with an ice maker, are complemented by extras like a blender, indoor/outdoor dinnerware, glasses for 8, a filter coffee machine, and a complete set of pots, pans, and utensils. Prepare meals on the beautiful quartz countertops with sage green shaker finished cabinets under two mid-century woven pendant chandeliers. We provide coffee, sugar, basic oils, and spices, and the golden bar set is ready for crafting delightful cocktails.

Need a ride?

The house is located in the Freebee zone. The City of Delray Beach is offering a free, on demand transportation service in, and around, the historic Downtown, and to the bars and restaurants. You can request a ride through the Freebee app, call or simply hail down a vehicle.

Things to Note:

Upon booking, we require a copy of the booking guest’s driver’s license and a signed rental agreement.

Must be 25 y/o or older to book.

The property is not pet-friendly.

Bachelor/Bachelorette groups are welcome with an additional $200 event fee to be charged after booking to cover additional cleaning.
