BEDROOMS

The Master Bedroom with King Bed, Smart App with cable and large dresser.

The 2nd Bedroom has a Queen bed with closet space, smart app T.V. with cable.

The 3rd bedroom/ The Office is a wonderful space for remote workers or students. 2 New single fold out sleeper chairs (not shown in photos) allow for 2 guests to sleep in that room. Plenty closet space and a smart T.V.

BATHROOMS

1st Bathroom sits outside the Master bedroom with a farmhouse style bath and shower.

2nd Bathroom sits between bedrooms 2 and 3. This lovely bathroom has a walk in shower.

THE LIVING ROOM

The charming house features two sitting rooms. As you walk in you are invited into the charming sitting room with elegant furniture, Smart TV and cable an Sonos speakers. Then enter into the luxury formal living room with pristine L-shaped white sofa and eye-catching floral encased prints facing 2 rose velvet armchairs by the original decorative fireplace.

THE KITCHEN

Gorgeous kitchen with stainless steel double door refrigerator, electric oven and stove. With plenty of counter space, you can cook up a storm with everything you need and service for to entertain 8 guests. The laundry room with large capacity Maytag Washer/Dryer sits off the kitchen.

THE LAUNDRY ROOM

The laundry sits off the kitchen area. There is a large capacity Maytag washer and dryer. A steamer & iron and all the detergents you need.

THE DINING AREA

Enjoy the classical black round table and 6 dining chairs with beautiful natural light shining through the large windows with lush front yard views.

THE PATIO

With entrance through the 3rd bedrooms leads you to the stunning outdoors. The large patio has loungers, outdoor furniture seating, dining table and umbrella for 6 and a Gas BBQ grill. The backyard is large and beautifully manicured.

Must be 32 y/o or older to book.

UPON BOOKING, WE REQUIRE A PHOTO COPY OF THE LEAD GUESTS DRIVERS LICENSE WHICH MATCHES THE CREDIT CARD USED TO BOOK.

ABSOLUTELY NO NOISE AFTER 10PM OUTSIDE, WE DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES OR GATHERINGS OF ANY KIND AT THE HOUSE, AND QUIET HOURS START AT 9PM.

No events includes any bachelor, bachelorette, or engagement parties, or any work meetings.

Please remove your shoes when inside the house.

No pets are allowed on this property.

**COVID SAFETY**

Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
Safety is very important, we take great care with our protocol:
-Home is deep cleaned + sanitized with high-grade products in between guests.
-Cleaners are provided with gloves, masks, disinfectants, alcohol, and sanitizer.
– Face masks are required in Florida in public spaces as well as remaining 6ft. apart from others in public spaces.

We have systems in place for our cleaners that involve the following:

1. To make sure they are wearing new gloves before opening the front door.
2. They wipe down all surfaces and doorknobs with disinfectants.
3. They use new gloves when putting on clean linens.
4. We provide enough paper towel and disinfectant cleaner that guests can also use while staying in the homes.
5. We make sure guests have hand soaps in every bathroom.
6. Bathrooms are cleaned thoroughly with bleach and anti bacterial products.
7. Indoor trashcans are wiped down with disinfectant wipes/ sprays.
