Spanish Villa in the Tropics

This home is a gorgeous, fully renovated 1920’s Spanish style Villa. The home has 3 bedrooms, with cable TV in 2 bedrooms, as well as in the living room and cottage. There is plenty of space for lounging by the pool and enjoying the Florida climate, peace, relaxation and tranquility.

*If you are coming here to throw a party, this is not the house for you.

Parking is only available for 4 cars max. You may park in the driveway or on the street unless directly in front of the house. Do not park on the street in front of neighbors homes.*

UPON BOOKING, WE REQUIRE A PHOTO COPY OF THE LEAD GUESTS DRIVERS LICENSE WHICH MATCHES THE CREDIT CARD USED TO BOOK.

Please observe our requested NO noise after 9pm outside. The hot tub is located right against our neighbors bedroom window, so we ask that you please be mindful.

**WE DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES AT THE HOUSE, AND QUIET HOURS START AT 9PM.**

-We have a minimum age requirement of 21y/o to be able to book the property.

Guests have access to the entire property, including guest cottage, pool, hot tub, an outdoor dining space plus two separate outdoor sitting areas.

ABSOLUTELY NO NOISE AFTER 9 PM OUTSIDE, WE DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES OR GATHERINGS OF ANY KIND AT THE HOUSE, AND QUIET HOURS START AT 9PM. THE HOT TUB IS LOCATED RIGHT AGAINST OUR NEIGHBORS BEDROOM WINDOW. PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL.

Grill:
If you plan to use the grill, you are responsible for filling the gas tank and cleaning it with grill brush following use.

BREAKFAST: Please note that we only provide coffee and tea fro breakfast.
