THE BEDROOMS

MASTER BEDROOM

1 California King sized bed  with side tables, dressers & plenty of closet. The Master overlooks the gorgeous pool and decorated with a classic white beachy feel in soft tones of creams, whites & light blues.

2ND BEDROOM

The 2nd bedroom has a double bed with end table, dresser with mirror & closet. This is the perfect kids room with a Pink/ Peachy theme with kitchen playset and some toys.

3RD BEDROOM/ OFFICE

This smaller 3rd room is off the Master. It has a very comfortable twin daybed and desk, chair & working printer. The doors close for privacy of a 3rd bedroom.

THE BATHROOMS

The Bathroom is shared between the bedrooms with combo shower/tub & bright blue wallpaper & stunning modern gold fixtures.

DINING ROOM

The dining room has a coastal Serena and Lily chairs and small bar display. The windows bring in the warm natural light, perfect dining area.

KITCHEN

The kitchen is fit for the food fanatic. Everything you need to feed your hungry guests. Stainless steel fridge with ice makers and all utensils you need. Coffee Maker (Keurig), microwave, toaster, blender, French Press and more.

LIVING ROOM

The living room area is just off the kitchen with a flat screen Smart App TV and Sofa. The room opens up onto the covered patio.

PARKING

There is ample parking outside for 2 cars in the driveway and street parking.

OUTDOORS

The outside is a fun oasis for families! There is a gorgeous 8 seater large dining table and chairs under the covered patio with a BBQ gas grill and lights that come on automatically at night. There is a small yard with a kids playhouse and kids toddler slide. The FENCED pool features two loungers and stunning outdoor seating area with 2 bucket seats and love seat all under umbrellas with a gas powered fire pit.

The location is amazing! Just one block from intracoastal waterway for biking, walking/running, fishing and a 9 minute drive to Palm Beach Island and the Beaches.

Things to note:

1. There are security cameras located around the outside of the home. Outdoor cameras are not active. The Ring Doorbell does have an active camera for the safety and protection of the home and our guests but disconnected at the moment.
2. The pool is professionally treated weekly. Pool is not heated. Upon booking- guest agrees to Swim at their own risk and be sure to monitor any children while in the pool or backyard. Owner is not responsible for injury/accidents while confirmed guests are at the property.
3. It’s Florida, which means that from time to time you might be bothered by insects….bring mosquito repellent.
4. The driveway may be used for parking, 2 cars maximum with street parking. The garage is not available for guests.
5. Grill: If you plan to use the grill, you are responsible for filling the gas tank and cleaning it with grill brush following .
6. Pool: Do not remove the pool vacuum, contact the Property Manager if you want it removed so not to break the hardware. The pool is fenced in for kids safety.
7. There is no washer/ dryer on the premises. Guests may use the Laundry services listed above.
