This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home accommodates up to 6 guests, featuring comfortable bedrooms with smart TVs for relaxation. The primary bedroom includes a king bed, en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub, and direct access to the pool area. The two additional bedrooms, both with queen beds, share a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, including a dual coffee system, Airfryer, and a double-door fridge. A dining area for 6 and 4 additional stools at the quartz waterfall island provide ample space for meals and entertaining.
The Game Room features a card table, Foosball, and a wet bar, with exercise equipment like free weights and yoga mats for your convenience. The room opens to the inviting outdoor space, perfect for enjoying the Florida weather.
The outdoor area offers a covered lanai with a 4-seater rattan dining set and lounge area, overlooking the sparkling pool. Relax in the pool or on the sun loungers, enjoy the BBQ area, and let the outdoor space become your personal oasis. The pool can be heated for cooler nights or cooled during the warmer months, but please note there are no pool safety fences, so always supervise children.

Things to Note:
– Upon booking, we require a copy of the booking guest’s driver’s license and a signed rental agreement.
– Minimum age to book is 25.
– One small dog (under 25 lbs) is allowed with a non-refundable pet fee. No cats. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
– The garage may have the owner's vehicle parked, but guests can access it for laundry and cleaning supplies.

We loved our stay in Delray! We have family around the corner (literally) so it was a perfect place. The hosts were awesome and very responsive! Everything was amazing and will definitely be going back in the future!
