◦ This home is strictly no parties, events, or gatherings.
◦ No unauthorized guests are permitted. Only the guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property for insurance purposes. If you wish to have one or two visitors during your stay, prior approval is required. No additional overnight guests are allowed. The home accommodates a maximum of 8 overnight guests, with no more than 10 people permitted on the property at any time.
