Welcome to this cozy Hollywood retreat! Less than a mile from the beach, and even closer to downtown Hollywood, it is the perfect place to stay! Conveniently near the cruise port as well as the Sawgrass Mills mall, and only 10 minutes from Hollywood- Ft Laud airport- It is the perfect location for your South Florida vacation!
The Space
Welcome to the Cozy Hollywood Bungalow! We are honored to be hosting you and want to be sure you have the most wonderful stay possible!
Guest Access
The whole house is available, along with the backyard and grill.
Other things to note
Check-in time is after 4PM.
We may be able to accommodate early check in or late check out. Additional $15/hour. 🙂
UPON BOOKING, WE REQUIRE A PHOTO COPY OF THE LEAD GUESTS DRIVERS LICENSE WHICH MATCHES THE CREDIT CARD USED TO BOOK. ABSOLUTELY NO NOISE AFTER 9 PM OUTSIDE, WE DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES OR GATHERINGS OF ANY KIND AT THE HOUSE, AND QUIET HOURS START AT 9PM. PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL.
-We have a minimum age requirement of 21y/o to be able to book the property.
GRILL:
If you plan to use the grill, you are responsible for filling the gas tank and cleaning it with grill brush following use.
BREAKFAST: Please note that we only provide coffee and tea fro breakfast.
