The Space
The large master bedroom features a luxurious king sized bed with pristine linens and a double en- suite bathroom. Sit on the swing and look out over the pool on one balcony, or enjoy a view of the inter coastal from the second balcony.
The second bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, sleeping 2. The third bedroom has two twin beds that each pull out into optional “trundle” beds, sleeping a total of 4 people.
The home is very child friendly and wonderful for families! Included in the home is a large crib which can be moved between rooms. There are also plenty of children’s toys and books available.
The home has a Sonos speaker system so that you can play music both inside and out. A fully equipped kitchen and an outdoor grill offer everything needed for an after-beach gathering or cook-out at sunset. The kitchen also comes fully stocked with all the essentials needed for cooking, and the gorgeous dining area is perfect for entertaining with style.
Spacious living areas provide unfettered comforts, room, and privacy for a group or family of up to nine.
Close by are deep-sea fishing charters, jet-ski rentals, tennis courts, golf clubs, and the finest sailing clubs.

Guest Access
Guests will have access to the entire property except for a few locked closets and an office that is locked downstairs. Each bedroom does have plenty of closet space available for clothing.
Other things to note
This home is great for families! Enjoy the house and relax by the pool. We also have a childproof pool gate that can be used as well for families with toddlers 🙂
