Your perfect home away from home! This modern luxury stay is located in North Miami, minutes from shopping, dining and activities. The house is spacious with 4 comfortable bedrooms, a large kitchen and dining area, and 2 seating areas. The outside is a highlight, with the heated pool, outdoor sun- loungers, BBQ and covered dining area. A great family getaway experience!
The Bedrooms:
The master bedroom has comfortable queen bed, smart TV, and a private en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The bedrooms has great pool views from the window.
The 2nd bedroom includes 2 sets of bunk beds, a few toys, a pack n play, and colorful linens for the kids. There is a shared bathroom in the hallway with bedroom 3.
The 3rd bedroom offers a queen bed with a super-comfy mattress, and plenty of closet space.
The 4th bedroom has it’s own bathroom right outside the bedroom door. This bedroom has easy access to the pool deck and 2nd seating areas.
Additional amenities include bedside reading lights, luggage racks, and baby items such as high chair, pack-n-play and also a pool safety fence for the pool perimeter upon request. Enjoy soothing coastal color themes throughout, and wonderful tropical plants in the yard! Driveway offers parking for up to 2 large vehicles. (Please note that the owner leaves one car in the carport all year round)
The pool may be heated by request for a charge of $20/ day. Please ask us in advance if you would like to have the pool heated prior to your arrival at the property.
Things to Note:
Check in starts between 4 PM and 10PM.
*MUST BE 25YRS/OLD Or OLDER TO BOOK. A STATE ISSUED ID MUST MATCH THE PERSON WHO BOOKED THE RESERVATIONS CREDIT CARD.
Max 2 dogs allowed, No cats. Please pick up after you pets and dispose in sealed bags in the outside trash bins and keep them off the furniture if possible. The backyard is fully fenced. We charge a non-refundable pet fee (based on breed & size of pets). Should there be any damages caused by your pet which exceeds the pet fee, you may be charged additional.

I had a amazing time at the Airbnb for my birthday so welcome sign was everything and I would definitely be booking this house again. The host was very friendly and responsible. No problems. House is very clean.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was very spacious and gave my family plenty of room to relax and be comfortable. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We especially loved the heated pool… it was definitely one of the highlights of our trip!
There were very few issues during our stay. The hosts were kind, responsive, and understanding when our flight was canceled due to bad weather on the day of our trip. They communicated well throughout our stay, including giving us advance notice when someone needed to come by to replace the keypad battery.
Overall, we had a great experience, enjoyed our time, and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

The inside matched the photos listed. The stay was great, my only advice would be to get a private fence so neighbors aren’t able to view the backyard when in the pool.

Katie and Lance’s place was beautiful, spotless, and exactly as described. The pool was a great bonus, and everything was very well maintained. They were quick to respond to any questions and checked in to make sure we were enjoying our stay. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely book again.
