The pool and spa are available upon request, based on availability. Please contact us in advance to confirm if these amenities can be made available. The pool and spa are typically open during select dates in the spring and summer months only.

– A copy of the booking guest’s driver’s license and a signed rental agreement are required upon booking.
– A minimum age of 25 is required to book the property.
– The property accommodates a maximum of 8 guests, including daytime visitors.
– Pets are not allowed.
– Please remove your shoes upon entering the house.

This was the perfect private family location for us to spend a week. We loved the private beach access and having great ocean beach expanses essentially to ourselves. Lance and Katie were very helpful in accommodating our unique COVID travel needs, which was very much appreciated. The neighbors were friendly and we are looking forward to a future stay again at this house.
