Hacienda Pied-a-Terre

This guest cottage is a wonderful addition to your Grand Hacienda booking. It sits on a stunning 4 acre, property in the heart of West Palm Beach with a pond, tennis court and large pool. Less than 15 minutes away from the beach and other popular destinations – the Int. Polo Club, Downtown WPB, Palm Beach International Airport and major Highways.

The property is a spacious 2 bedroom apartment that is on the same property as our large Grand Hacienda home, which sleeps 28. The two homes combined can sleep up to 34 guests.

The Space

The home is currently only available to be booked in conjunction with the Grand Hacienda. Feel free to message us for more details!

We have security cameras that are operational on the property in the outside areas. 
Please note that if cameras are tampered with or for whatever reason are not operating, we reserve the right to come to the property to correct the issue*

We love our Mother Earth! Please be conscious to turn off lights when departing the home or not in use as well as usage of water and towels 🙂

Chicken Coop:  We have a chicken coop on the property and also have some mini – goats. The chicken coop is located on the far right side of the house if you are facing it from the driveway. (On the side of the garage.) There will eventually be eggs available to take from the chicken coop in a basket. We just want to let guests know we will periodically have someone come on to the property to check on them and feed them. It won’t affect your stay at all and no one would be coming into the house .

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

-We will be providing face masks enough for the stated number of guests in the reservation.
-We will be leaving 2 face shields.
-Music should not be heard past the front gate and all music outside should end at 8PM
