The 3rd bedroom has a stunning Queen bed with large windows streaming in natural light.

THE DINING ROOM
The dining room has a classic wooden table with 4 fabric high backed dining chairs and unique chandelier light. The dining room sits right off the kitchen.
THE KITCHEN
The kitchen is fit for the food fanatic. Everything you need to feed your hungry guests. Black Marble counters with bright white cabinets, double door stainless steel fridge with ice maker. Keurig coffee maker, Blender, toaster and all utensils you need.
LIVING ROOM
As you walk into the home you are welcomed by the bright, sunny and chic living room area with a flat screen Smart App TV and Sofas. There is a fireplace (for decoration) and huge windows bringing in so much warm natural light.
OUTDOORS
There is ample parking outside for 3 cars and a garage (not for parking) with New Washer & Dryer. There is a BBQ Gas Grill too! There is an outdoor shower in the small courtyard around the back of the home. The house has a large yard area in the back of the home with a firepit sitting on a sandy ring surrounded by Adirondack chairs & Tiki torches. There is a Cornhole game and Hammock to relax.
The house is in walking distance of Downtown West Palm Beach (CityPlace, Clematis Street, Kravis Center & Convention Center). Guests are 5 minutes from Palm Beach International Airport, 4 minutes from the Brightline, and 3 minutes from the Tri-rail Station. 10 Minutes drive to Palm Beach Island and Beach. 5 Minutues walk to the Intercoastal along Flagler Drive.

ABSOLUTELY NO NOISE AFTER 9 PM OUTSIDE, WE DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES OR GATHERINGS OF ANY KIND AT THE HOUSE, AND QUIET HOURS START AT 9PM.
Things to note:
1. It’s Florida, which means that from time to time you might be bothered by insects….bring mosquito repellent.
3. The driveway may be used for parking, 3 cars maximum with street parking. The garage holds the washer/dryer and a Huffy Bike. No space for a car.
4. Grill: If you plan to use the grill, you are responsible for filling the gas tank and cleaning it with grill brush following .
5. There is a NEW washer/ dryer in the garage.
6. There is an outdoor shower in the courtyard.
