Coastal Charm Family Estate!

We had a great time exploring the West Palm Beach area. The accommodation’s were easily accessible and large enough to comfortably house multiple families. Only issue, lack of heating in the downstairs living areas and bedroom. Normally would not be an issue in warm weather months but was for this December/January stay. I rented this place for myself and several members of my extended family to stay for a the Thanksgiving holiday followed by a celebration of life for my recently deceased father. There were plenty of eating spaces- a large dining room- a breakfast table on the porch and lots of outdoor seating. The pool was a gem- and kept my 9 and 7 year old nephew and neice happy as clams! It wa beautifully decorated and paid homage to old world Florida. Everyone in my family loved it! We had 1 issue logging into the internet but even on Thanksgiving the hosts were quick to respond and the property manager diligently worked on the issue until it was resolved.

Very classic home with all the amenities. Lots of space for all our guest and quiet neighborhood. The pool was great and the grill was awesome

I had my bachelorette here and loved every second of it! the house fit everybody so well and didn’t feel over crowded. the backyard was perfect with the pool and grill. Also was in a great location the farthest uber we had to take was 15 minutes! I could recommend this air bnb in a heart beat!

Katie & Lance’s home was so beautiful and homey. We came for a bachelorette and this was the perfect home to host all of us.

The cottage took a minute to cool down but ended up cooling down after sometime. When I expressed to the host they were very proactive and i later understood that this may be common due to it being a florida home.

We all enjoyed our visit and would return if we’re ever in west palm again. Any issues we had they were attentive and fixed immediately which was very appreciated. Great and kind hosts 🤍 would 100% recommend.

This property offered everything we needed for our 4 night stay. There was plenty of indoor and outdoor space for our family to spread out and enjoy. The primary suite offers a beautiful tranquil sitting area and a balcony. There are a few things that should be fixed, however. There are no locks on any of the bathroom doors. The bathroom sink in the primary suite doesn't get hot water. And lastly, the light ceiling fan kit doesn't work in the outside sitting area near the driveway entrance where the steps are a bit "tricky", especially at night. All in all it's a great home.
