Charming Southend Villa

You will love this family home the minute you step through the doors. You will be embraced with the modern classic Palm Beach décor, newly upgraded with new vinyl flooring, new furnishing and crisp white painted walls. The home is warm and inviting with lovely areas inside and out to relax, unwind and enjoy. You will love the tropical landscape perfect for watching birds or enjoying several varieties of palm trees while soaking in the hot tub. The home sleep 6 – 8 with the queen sleeper sofa.

THE BEDROOMS

The master bedroom has an upholstered platform king-sized bed with beautiful grey tones and a personal desk for remote workers or students. The room is decorated with magnificent accents of soft white and green florals and modern glass end tables. There is a small en suite bathroom that sits off the master with a shower and single vanity.

The 2nd Twin bedroom is dressed in Boho black and whites. There are two platform bed twin beds, A unique black woven mirror, closet space and a smart Amazon Fire streaming app TV’s. 

The 3rd bedroom is beautiful with a queen blue upholstered platform bed, glass and chrome end tables, blue and grey hues and a 42″ smart Amazon Fire streaming app TV’s. The bedroom has a direct private door that leads out to the backyard hot tub and dining areas.

THE BATHROOMS

The small master en suite bathroom has a walk in shower.

The 2nd bathroom has a combination bath tub & shower with granite top vanity. This bathroom is shared between bedrooms two and three.

The 3rd bathroom is of the living room which can also be used as a 4th bedroom with a pull out queen sleeper bed. This bathroom has a shower and granite top white vanity.

DINING AREA

Dine in front of the large windows with a front yard view. An open plan dining area with a large round wood table and 6 upholstered chairs which sits off the entry way and next to the kitchen and coffee station.

KITCHEN

The kitchen has everything you need to feed your hungry crew. Pots, pans, service for eight, a blender, toaster, stainless steel double fridge, freezer (with ice maker), electric stove, and oven. There is a lovely coffee bar station with a drip coffee machine and two diner bar stools.

FAMILY ROOM

The living room is a small cozy room which sits off the kitchen and at the entrance of the back breezeway and garage. There is a queen sleeper sofa, closet with extra pillows and comforter and an en suite bathroom with a shower making it a possible 4th bedroom. The large closet holds new large capacity stacked washer & dryer. We supply the detergents.

THE OUTDOORS

The highlight of the house is the outdoors! Enjoy a 4 -6 person hot tub, outdoor dining table set under a covered green umbrella, a BBQ grill and a turfed small back yard with two loungers facing the hot tub with a private trellis-lined grass fence. These areas are illuminated by solar powered string lights. There is a lovely covered breezeway with ceiling fans, rattan outdoor seating decorated in tropical décor. The front yard is huge and perfect for kids to play and pets to run around. It is fully fenced with a small fence all the way around. Spend hours of fun in the yard with Giant Jenga, Cornhole, Ladder toss and a portable 3ft soccer net and ball. 

PARKING:

There is parking for four cars in the driveway and one in the garage.

ADDITIONAL EXTRA’S

We provide games; Monopoly, Chess, playing cards and outdoor games.

We have four adult bikes in the garage with helmets & bike locks (Guest use this amenity at their own risk)

LAUNDRY CLOSET & SUPPLIES

The laundry room sits behind a slider closet in the family room with a large capacity washer/ dryer and all the soaps and detergents you need. We also provide a broom, stick vacuum, paper towels, toilet paper, basic soaps, shampoo, conditioners.

PETS

Up to two dogs are allowed, no cats please. Guests are required to pick up after their pet/s and place waste in the outdoor garbage bins. There is a non-refundable pet fee. Pets should not be left alone in the house or outside overnight. Please if possible, keep pets off the furniture
