Charming Home in Heart of West Palm Beach

Cheerful 2-story Florida home is situated minutes away from the Intercoastal off Flagler Drive. The house has 3 beds and 1.5 baths with a wonderful spacious backyard. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook an amazing meal for the family. This modern home is perfectly located in the South-end, the new premier safe & peaceful neighborhood just 10 minutes to Palm Beach, Worth Ave, the beaches and Downtown West Palm Beach. The house is available for a 1 – 2 month rental.

The Space:

From the first step into the home you are greeted with a warm, homey, rustic farmhouse arty feel!

The Living Room

The Living Room is spacious and cozy with cypress wood ceilings and a large L-shaped sofa. There is an Apple TV with multiple streaming channels. No cable. There is also a Bose Soundlink.

The Kitchen

There is a Nespresso Coffee Maker in the kitchen. a juicer and blender. The stove is an electric stove and oven.

The Dining Room

There is a lovely dining room table for 6 under rich cypress wood ceilings and easy access to the kitchen and living room areas.

The Bedrooms (Upstairs)

The Master Bedroom
There is a King Sized with a corner armchair, TV and plenty of closet and dresser space.

The 2nd Bedroom/ kids Room
There is a Bunk Bed in the room with a Xbox 100 and controller.

The 3rd Bedroom/ Kids Room
There is a full bed with an Xbox 100 and controller. *There are plenty of books and toys for 5+ year olds.

The Bathrooms

The Full Bathroom (Upstairs)
This is upstairs and shared between the 3 bedrooms. There is a combination tub/shower.

Half Bathroom (Downstairs)
Off the living room is the half guest bathroom.

Washer/ Dryer
The washer and dryer sits off the kitchen in a separate small area. We include all the cleaning products and detergents you need.

The Office/Studio

Just off the Living Room sits the private office with desk, chair, printer & computer monitors. It is also an art studio as the owner is an artist. There is access to the yard through the office.

The Outdoors
There is a BBQ propane tank grill, a lounger and small yard outside. The yard is fully enclosed.

Guests have access to the entire property.

Things to Note

Check in is at 4pm – 10pm ONLY.

Must be 25 y/o or older to book.

UPON BOOKING, WE REQUIRE A PHOTO COPY OF THE LEAD GUESTS DRIVERS LICENSE WHICH MATCHES THE CREDIT CARD USED TO BOOK.

ABSOLUTELY NO NOISE AFTER 9PM OUTSIDE, WE DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES OR GATHERINGS OF ANY KIND AT THE HOUSE, AND QUIET HOURS START AT 9PM.

No events includes any bachelor, bachelorette, or engagement parties, or any work meetings.

Pets are not allowed on this property.

**COVID SAFETY**

Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
Safety is very important, we take great care with our protocol:
-Home is deep cleaned + sanitized with high-grade products in between guests.
-Cleaners are provided with gloves, masks, disinfectants, alcohol, and sanitizer.
-Face masks are required in Florida in public spaces as well as remaining 6ft. apart from others in public spaces.

We have systems in place for our cleaners that involve the following:

1. To make sure they are wearing new gloves before opening the front door.
2. They wipe down all surfaces and doorknobs with disinfectants.
3. They use new gloves when putting on clean linens.
4. We provide enough paper towel and disinfectant cleaner that guests can also use while staying in the homes.
5. We make sure guests have hand soaps in every bathroom.
6. Bathrooms are cleaned thoroughly with bleach and anti bacterial products.
7. Indoor trashcans are wiped down with disinfectant wipes/ sprays.
