Casita Floralyn

As you walk in you are greeted by a lovely newly renovated and decorated home with a coastal and seascape feel. There is quirky & fun artwork throughout and a laid back yet stylish feel. It’s artsy and fun and very comfortable for a small family or travelling for work.

THE BEDROOMS

There is a King Master Bedroom with en-suite bathroom with a shower. A gorgeous dresser, large Smart app TV and beautiful leather reading chair. The artwork is bright and fun!

The 2nd bedroom is a trundle bedroom (which can sleep 2) & office is located closest to the entrance. Your eye goes immediately to the “Back to the Future” 1981 Delorean picture above the desk. There is an en-suite half bathroom that also leads to the kitchen.

The 3rd Bedroom is the Queen Bedroom with en-suite bathroom and shower. There is direct access to the outdoor yard from this room. There is also a chaise reading chair, unique pictures, reading material and smart app TV.

THE BATHROOMS

The Master Bath has a bath/shower combination with unique charcoal colored tile and farmhouse décor.

The half bathroom is the half bathroom that sits off the 2nd bedroom with trundle bed & desk.

The 3rd bathroom is the Queen Room en-suite bathroom with step in shower.

DINING ROOM

The dining area is open plan and just sits next to the entrance and the kitchen. The wooden & glass table seats 6 guests and sits on a blue natural woven rug. There is an air purifier that is kept on all the time to continuously provide clean purified air to the home.

KITCHEN

The kitchen is fit for the food fanatic with everything you need to feed your guests. Stainless steel appliances, cooking and baking utensils, drip coffee maker, Keurig and French Press, microwave & more. Easy service to the dining room & sliding window to the living room.

LIVING ROOM

The living room is cozy and rustic. Large wooden barnyard door separates the room from the dining room. There are 2 sofa’s, a wooden bench, cozy throw blanket, lots of games & books, a working electric fireplace and smart app TV. The access to the outside yard is also through this room. Beach towels are provided.

OUTDOOR YARD

The backyard is private and fully fenced in! Two loungers sit under an Led lit cantilever umbrella. The loungers face the back of the cottage on the property that is used as the projector screen for movie night! Sit back and relax to your favorite classics under the stars. There is a dining table under romantic string lights and an aqua blue sail for shade and two outdoor love seats.

*We love dogs and welcome yours into our home! We do have a non-refundable pet fee per pet. 2 pets are the limit. No cats please. Please pick up all pet waste in the yard after your pet in tightly sealed bags and dispose in the regular garbage bins outside. Please try keep pets off the furniture. Any damages or mess that incurs extra cleaning costs over and above the pet fee amount will be charged for.

LAUNDRY

The laundry room sits inn a room to the side of the house with a washer/ dryer and everything you need! We provide cleaning products through out the house, paper towels, toilet paper, basic shampoo, conditioner & soap

**PLEASE NOTE:
There is someone living in the cottage to the side of the house, it is technically on the Owner’s property. The person has their own private entrance to the right side of the home and will have no interaction or interference with guests at all. The person is mainly there in the evenings after work and not there on Sundays. Please do not park in front of that side gate entrance, there is ample parking to the left side of the driveway. Guests have access to the entire property except the private cottage to the right of the house with a private entrance. Please, no guests are to enter through the wooden gate.

The house is in walking distance of a large family friendly park with a playground. The house is 6 minutes to Palm Beach International Airport, 5 minutes from the Brightline, and 10 minutes to Downtown West Palm Beach, Palm Beach Island and the Beaches.

*UPON BOOKING, WE REQUIRE A PHOTO COPY OF THE LEAD GUESTS DRIVERS LICENSE WHICH MATCHES THE CREDIT CARD USED TO BOOK. 25 YRS & OLDER TO BOOK.

ABSOLUTELY NO NOISE AFTER 9 PM OUTSIDE, WE DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES OR GATHERINGS OF ANY KIND AT THE HOUSE, AND QUIET HOURS START AT 9PM.

Check in is at 4pm – 10pm ONLY.

Things to note:

1. The driveway may be used for parking, 2 cars maximum with street parking if available. Please don’t park in front of the right side wooden gate. Someone occupies the cottage with their own private entrance and parks there over night. You won’t interact unless you park there and she may ask you to move your car. There is still plenty of space for 2 cars to the left of the driveway and in front of the house.
2. Pets are allowed but please pick up after them and dispose of dog poop in sealed bags in the trash bins outside.
3. Please keep outdoor furniture covered when not in use and umbrella down.
4. The projector is NOT waterproof so please unplug and bring it indoors when done.
5. The house comfortably sleeps 6 but the 2 large sofa’s could accommodate another 2 if necessary.
