The Kitchen

Two comfortable Bennett upholstered swivel barrel chairs offer a cozy spot to read or converse, while the kids enjoy the charcoal grey velvet loveseat while playing The Switch. The second bath features beautiful contemporary wood look oak tile and features a bathtub and rainfall shower. Each bathroom is equipped with Public Goods vegan non-toxic soaps. For families traveling with infants, a pack n play with sheets is available. If you desire a heated pool, simply make a request with at least 24 hours notice (resort fees may apply). Enjoy beach trips with provided beach chairs, an umbrella, and a beach cooler tote. The accommodation also features a large capacity washer and dryer with all necessary detergents, as well as an iron and board for clothing refreshment. Each room is equipped with a luggage rack and USB charging station for your convenience. Free High-Speed Internet: Stay connected and entertained with our complimentary high-speed internet. Things to Note:

– Upon booking, we require a copy of the booking guest’s driver’s license and a signed rental agreement.

– We have a minimum age requirement of 27 to be able to book the property.

– Unfortunately, we do not allow pets. Evidence of pets will lead to a fine, and or additional cleaning fees.

– This property is not appropriate for small children, no efforts have been made to childproof the property. Only children 8 years and up are permitted. Infants are welcome, up to 9 months (we have a pool safety fence, however, we would prefer infants who are not crawling yet).
