THE BEDROOMS
MASTER BEDROOM:
The Master Bedroom has a very comfortable king- sized upholstered bed with an en suite bathroom, a modern ceiling fan with light and two end tables. There is a 32″ Smart TV (ROKU) and sliding doors which lead out to the beautiful outdoor pool deck and outdoor dining area. The bedroom features a decorative brick wall and rich vinyl wooden flooring. There is a closet with the washer & dryer in this room.
BEDROOM 2:
This coastal themed bedroom has an upholstered queen bed with a 32″ Smart TV (ROKU). There is a double closet has hanging space and shelving and royal blue dresser.
BEDROOM 3:
This sweet room has a twin bed and a trundle bed with two twin mattresses. The room also features a 32″ Smart TV (ROKU).
THE BATHROOMS
MASTER BATHROOM: This is the master en suite bathroom. There is a step in shower and a single vanity.
BATHROOM 2: This bathroom is located just outside of bedrooms two and three and shared. There is a combination tub/shower and a single vanity.
THE KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a magical meal for your guests. There are stainless steel appliances, kettle, toaster, drip coffee maker and a Keurig. We supply the coffee and sugar. There is service for 8 guests.
THE DINING ROOM
Just off the kitchen is the dining room. There is seating for 8 guests and there is direct access to the outdoors which has an outdoor dining set for 6 under the umbrella.
THE OUTDOORS
The highlight of the home is the tropical outdoor oasis! There is a stunning heated (with a daily fee) saltwater pool with a lovely outdoor tiki hut with rattan furniture to enjoy the tropical atmosphere. There is a gas-powered BBQ grill outside and 2 sun loungers and some pool toys and noodles.

Must be 25 y/o or older to book.
There is an additional cost of $40/day for pool heating. Please let us know prior to your arrival (at last 24hrs) if you would like the pool heated during your stay.
PETS ALLOWED:
Max 2 dogs allowed, No cats. Please pick up after you pets and dispose in sealed bags in the outside trash bins and keep them off the furniture if possible. The backyard is fully fenced. We charge a non-refundable pet fee (based on breed & size of pets). Should there be any damages caused by your pet which exceeds the pet fee, you may be charged additional.

Perfect for kids, family life so much easier, kitchen is very well equipped, cleaning supplies and other things like you have your own house close to the beach. Perfect place!! Very good communication, no issues before, during or after the stay. Beach is close and grocery store is on the way there. Simply perfect.

The house is beautiful!! Very clean and welcoming. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. The back yard is beautifully private, lush and tropical. Beach is super close along with nice restaurants and shops. Lots to do. Defiantly will go again.

This place worked great for our family of 5 with school age kids. The pool and backyard were a highlight. It felt secluded and private and big enough to enjoy. Note — the pool does get a bit deep if you have kids. Our 7yo could only touch in about a third of the pool and our 11yo in 2/3rds. The house was very well stocked in terms of the kitchen as well as bedding, towels and beach chairs. Location was great for easily accessing the beach (just a short drive) and parking at the beach was very reasonable. I did a Publix instacart order prior to arriving which was only 2min away and it made the start of the week smooth and easy.

The house was great for my husband, myself, and two grandmas during our Florida stay. My kids LOVED the pool. The host was a great host and even came over to warm up the pool a little bit for my kids (we came during a cold front in Florida). The house was exactly as described and in a good location. There were plenty of towels for us to use, and the kitchen was great for cooking.

Stay here! It’s a beautiful home, well decorated, even better in person than the photos, relaxing outdoor space, and cozy beds! The house is quiet and peaceful, and was the perfect weekend getaway for my family. It’s a quick drive to the beach and restaurants, and the kitchen is fully stocked (even a complementary bottle of cold Prosecco waiting for us) with all you need. We had an absolutely wonderful time and can’t wait to visit again! Plus the communication was immediate and check-in was seamless.

This place is great! Beautiful back yard with a wonderful atmosphere. Its so close to other houses yet feels secluded with all the plants around. There were plenty of beach towels and toys for the pool. The host was extremely responsive to all inquires as well. All in all a great stay!
